DCBA translates to DISKCOPY C:/1 B:A:B:A:B:A:B:A:B:A:-----etc.
DCBA performs single sided diskcopy from drive C: alternately to B:
then A: then B: and so on. When the drive light goes out put in a
fresh disk. Drive C: can be a regular floppy drive but ideally should
be a RAM drive. When RAM drives are used they must be compatible with
DISKCOPY. The Electronic Disk (FREE1) supplied on the same SVCS club
disk as this file is quite suitable. QuadRAM-DRIVE is also suitable
when configured for 5 blocks.
Because of possible copyright hassles DCBA.COM is not being supplied
on the club disk. Rather the instructions to DEBUG required to modify
a standard DISKCOPY.COM are supplied. Just follow the few indicated
steps to create your own copy of DCBA.COM.
The program runs until a drive is left empty. It then requests you to
correct the condition and strike any key. CtrlBrk will provide a
graceful return to DOS (you will be requested to put a DOS disk in the
default drive).
Patches to DISKCOPY 1.10 to convert to a production copy utility.
